Within pedestrian distance of the perimeter trail at Crozet Park there are five schools, a new County library, a retirement community, more than a dozen neighborhoods, and more than 20 commercial establishments. Population within the Crozet Growth Area is estimated to double within the next 10 to 20 years.
Limited Existing Services
There are presently no paved off-road pedestrian paths in Western Albemarle County. Families must travel to Waynesboro or Charlottesville for similar recreation facilities.
